I am working with a qualifed first time buyer who is looking a “starter” home in Lethbridge or Coaldale.   Solid downpayment with a preferred budget is $300,000 or less, a little TLC is OK but no major structural engineering/extreme make over/bulldoze required please.  If you think that YOUR home might fit this description then call me.   Let’s talk about selling your property!
