Bio:
I’ve called Lethbridge home for the better part of 35 years, and have watched the city grow into the fabulous community it is today. Originally born in Lethbridge, but growing up in Brooks, Alberta I have been a Southern Alberta boy all of my life. While pursuing my Management Degree at Lethbridge College, and The University of Lethbridge, I played for the Kodiak and Pronghorn Basketball teams and still am part of those programs through my alumni associations.
My wife Shaunna and I have raised 3 children in Lethbridge, and have appreciated the quality of life that this city has to offer for EVERYONE. From single people, to growing families, to empty nesters and retirees alike!
Lifestyle:
Lethbridge is soon to be The Major sport and recreation destination in Alberta, if not Western Canada. With the amount of sport and recreation facilities and the wonderful trail systems throughout the city it’s no wonder why. I take a tremendous amount of enjoyment out of walking, running, cycling, kayaking, snowshoeing, and x-country skiing in and around Southern Alberta. The key to our overall wellness is simple: KEEP MOVING and Go OUTSIDE!
Real Estate:
Being a full time agent since 1994 I’ve witnessed first hand how this dynamic and competitive industry quickly evolves. That being said, what I’ve also witnessed is that the more things change…the more they stay the same. It’s that understanding of the balance between “sticking to what works, and adopting new techniques” that has helped me consistently be one of the top producing agents in our market, working personally with both seller and buyer clients. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a vast variety real estate clients and situations over the years including first time home buyers, move up and downsizing clients, revenue/multifamily sellers and buyers, relocation clients, courts sales and foreclosures, new home construction, house flipping, condominium clients, land and acreage sales and purchases, as well as commercial buildings/leases/business sales! At the end of the day helping our clients still comes down to Timely Communication, Effective Representation, and Recognizing Value!
When it comes to the sale and purchase of revenue property you will definitely benefit from by personal experience of owning and managing several rental homes myself. Nothing worthwhile comes without effort!
Some of my achievements include the Royal LePage “Lifetime Award of Excellence” which is being in the top 10% of Agents across Canada for at least 10 out of the past 14 years, as well as the “Diamond” award, which is being in the top 3% of Royal LePage agents across Canada. Yup, tooting my own horn!
